Stokely Van Camp's Chili
Categories: Main Dishes, Chili, Ground Beef Yield: 12 Ingredients: 6 tsp butter or margarine - 5 medium onions, sliced - 3 lbs ground beef - 2 tbsp chili powder - 1 tbsp salt - 1 tsp paprika - 3/4 tsp pepper sauce - 2 cans (19 oz) tomatoes - 1 can (7.5 oz) tomato sauce - 1 can (5.5 oz) tomato paste - 3 cans Stokely Van Camp's Dark Red Kidney Beans Directions: Melt butter in large saucepan; add onions and cook until tender; but not brown. Add ground beef; sprinkle with chili powder, salt, paprika and pepper sauce. Cook meat until brown, breaking with a fork. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and tomato paste.
