Love and Sas Saskia Burger
Categories: Hamburgers Yield: 4 Ingredients: 1 lb lean ground beef - 1/4 cup finely chopped onion - 3 tbsp bread crumbs - 3 tbsp red wine - 2 tbsp Jamaican jerk sauce - 1 tsp salt - 1 tsp thyme - 1/4 tsp black pepper - 4 hamburger buns, toasted - Cheddar cheese for topping - paprika (optional) Directions: Using your hands or a fork, combine all ingredients except buns, cheese and paprika in a medium-sized bowl, until well blended. Form mixture into four burgers. Barbecue burgers 4 to 5 minutes a side. Split buns and place burgers inside. Top with cheese or sprinkle with paprika.
