Elvis Stojko's Mom's Burger
Categories: Hamburgers Yield: 4 Ingredients: 1 lb lean ground beef - 1 egg, lightly beaten - 1 onion, finely chopped - 1/3 cup finely chopped Italian parsley - salt and freshly ground black pepper - 4 hamburger buns, lightly toasted Directions: In a medium-sized bowl, using your hands or a fork, combine beef, egg, onion, parsley, salt and pepper until well blended. Barbecue 4 to 5 minutes per side. Split buns in half and fill with burgers. Serve with your favorite burger toppings.
