Chili Con Carne
Categories: Main Dishes, Chili, Ground Beef Yield: 3-4 Ingredients: 1 lb. ground beef - 1 cup chopped onion - 1 tsp salt - 1 14 oz can Stokely Van Camp's Dark Red Kidney beans - 1 tsp chili powder - 1 19 oz can tomatoes Fry the ground beef. Directions: Pour off excess liquid. Add onions and salt, and cook until onions are brown. Add tomatoes and Stokely Van Camp's Dark Red Kidney Beans. Simmer one hour, stirring frequently.
