Chicken Pot Pie

Directions: Combine 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables, 1 can (16 oz) small boiled onions drained (optional), 1 can (10 oz) condensed cream of chicken or mushroom soup, 2 1/2 cups cooked cubed chicken or turkey in a 2 qt. baking dish. Prepare 1 package Stove Top Stuffing Mix For Chicken as directed on package. Spoon over chicken mixture. Conventional Oven: Bake at 350F for 30 minutes or until hot. Microwave Oven: Microcook in a 2 qt non-metal dish on High power 10 to 12 minutes or until hot, rotating dish a half turn after half the cooking time. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
